Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how FASHIONS STOP processes and ships orders placed through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). If we experience high order volumes, processing may be delayed and customers will be notified by email.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to Canada, the United States, and 26+ international countries including the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
🇨🇦 Canada (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $14.90 CAD (0–2 kg) / $21.90 CAD (2–30 kg)
- Express Shipping (2–5 business days): $21.90 CAD
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard International (7–15 business days): $7.90–$29.90 CAD (by weight)
- Express International (3–7 business days): $34.90 CAD
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
🌍 International
- Carrier-calculated rates via Canada Post displayed at checkout
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days depending on destination
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International and US orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FASHIONS STOP is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
6. Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address issues.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
8. Order Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders must follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
